Executive Committee
The Executive Committee (here in after referred to as the committee) shall consist of :-
A Chairman - Honorary
An Honorary Secretary (who shall be Vice Chairman)
An Honorary Treasurer
A records Officer
Three others
All temporary officer shall be eligible for re-election
The Committee is empowered to fill any vacancies that may arise during the year and to co-opt additional members if necessary
A quorum shall consist of five committee members and shall include the Chairman and /or the Secretary
Auditor
An Honorary Auditor. Other than a member of the committee, shall be elected each year.
Season
The season shall extend from the beginning of October to the end of September.
Annual general meeting
The Annual General Meeting shall be held on the last Sunday in October, or reasonably Practicable.
Election of Member
Candidates for membership shall be proposed by a full member and their name submitted to the committee. The committee have the power to refuse an application for membership without stating a reason.
