Constitution
Name
The name of the club shall be “REIGATE PRIORY BOWMEN” and shall have the motto
“Cura Sagittam: Ratio Se Curabit or Look After Your Arrow and Your Score Will Look After It’s Self.
Object
The object of the club shall be to practice and promotion of Archery and to
maintenance to its traditions.
Membership
Club membership shall fall into one of the following seven classes :-
Full membership
Associate membership
Honorary membership
Family membership (husband, wife and children all living at the same address )
Junior membership
Senior membership
Student membership
Officers
The officers shall be :-
President and Vice president, the President holding office for three years Temporary officers to be elected annually.
Management
The general management of the club shall be to entrusted to an Executive Committee of seven members.
